Our Policies
Return Policy
• 7-day returns (from purchase date) for damaged or non-working electronics only
• Store credit or exchange only (no cash refunds)
• Receipt required for all returns
• All other sales are final
Pick-up Policy
• Pickup must be arranged within 24 hours of purchase
• Receipt is required at pickup
• A signed liability waiver is required for assistance with large items
• No pickups within 30 minutes of closing
